Outsourcing – One Task at a Time
Today I am working on getting my first Google Sniper website set up. I made a mind map and followed through on all the steps. Even with a solid plan in place the site took me several days longer than I had hoped.

Things that I didn't outsource this time that I will for all of my future minisites is the initial keyword research. There are several Warriors who will perform the dirty work for a fair price. Truthfully I enjoy doing keyword searching, but my current methods take too long. I should be doing niche research and working on copy for the sites.

I am not wealthy today, but that will not stop me from building my team around me from the start. Finding trustworthy people who complete the job quickly and correctly is invaluable.

As a result of this mess my dashboard began to malfunction. Being stubborn I just dealt with this for a few days. NO more! Today I took action and cleaned house. I deactivated and/or uninstalled more than 14 plugins so far.
Guess what? Not only is my Wordpress dashboard working again, but now my blog is sleek and thin.
