Outsourcing – One Task at a Time

Today I am working on getting my first Google Sniper website set up. I made a mind map and followed through on all the steps. Even with a solid plan in place the site took me several days longer than I had hoped.

The outsource method was applied on getting the domain transferred and getting wordpress installed on my server. Things that I didn't outsource this time that I will for all of my future minisites is the initial keyword research. There are several Warriors who will perform the dirty work for a fair price. Truthfully I enjoy doing keyword searching, but my current methods take too long. I should be doing niche research and working on copy for the sites.

The Top 3 things I need to Outsource are

Initial Keyword Research
Domain Transfer and Blog Instillation
Article Writing

What other tasks can I outsource in the future?

Link building?
Social Bookmarking?
Domain Name research?
Help Desk?
Video Production?

I am not wealthy today, but that will not stop me from building my team around me from the start. Finding trustworthy people who complete the job quickly and correctly is invaluable.

Getting started on the right foot feels great as does having clear goals. Every day, good or bad, I am on the path to success and wealth.

WordPress freak out?

Do you have a plugin problem? I do… After getting slightly comfortable with WordPress in general I started looking at list of the "best" and "top" plugins my simple blog became swollen and ugly. Like your uncle after Thanksgiving, messy.

As a result of this mess my dashboard began to malfunction. Being stubborn I just dealt with this for a few days. NO more! Today I took action and cleaned house. I deactivated and/or uninstalled more than 14 plugins so far.

Guess what? Not only is my WordPress dashboard working again, but now my blog is sleek and thin.

Just like me… I wish

Website, SEO and Keyword research brain overload?

I have a ton of different things that I am working on currently. Making lists in my journal, on scraps of paper and in my brain is leading to a ton of wasted time.

Outsourcing the tasks that are too technical or just not interesting to me is a great solution. But how do I organize all those list into something that I can see, analyze and put into a format that I can share with others?

Bubbl is a Mind Map program that allows you to make charts for anything. I have used it to make maps for the website that I am working currently. I have also made maps for goals and wealth building.
